velvety flow

For water photography, moving water can be taken with two different approaches. Do you want to freeze motion or do you want a velvety flow to it, making it look smooth and soft? This approach is the latter, contrasted by the details of the mossy rocks and shoreline.

This image of McKenzie Creek taken in the spring caught my attention because of the volume of water flowing through this area.
